Torta alle fragole e panna nell'impasto velocissima, un dolce perfetto per questa stagione, buonissimo a colazione o merenda. E' una torta morbida e sofficissima, con un profumo intenso di fragole. Piacerà particolarmente ai più piccoli. Senza burro ne olio, si prepara in pochi minuti (e finisce altrettanto velocemente!) ed è subito pronta da gustare.
