The women's road race at Tokyo 2020 took place on 25th July 2021 with the start at Musashinonomori Park and the finish at Fuji International Speedway.

Anna Kiesenhofer (AUT) took the gold medal, Annemiek van Vleuten (NED) the silver medal and Elisa Longo Borghini (ITA) completed the podium.
