I would like to introduce a donburi rice bowl dish that isn't too high in calories (Probably :P}
Tofu is considered a healthy ingredient as it is high in good protein and can be used in a variety of dishes.
This time, I will use it to create a Tofu Steak!
It matches well with strong savory sauces and steamed rice, great to be eaten as a donburi rice dish.
*The name of the dish and cooking method may not be the most traditional as I am creating it based on my own experience and preference. I hope you guys can be understanding.

Mirin—2 tablespoon
