The Starling, as displayed (furniture and decor not included but all appliances including the washer and dryer stay with the tiny home), is priced at $114,000 with the a/c condenser installed, but during the show, this stunning park model is currently on sale for just $112,944. The price includes delivery and tiedowns within 100 miles (additional freight charges apply for farther distances), a/c and heat system installed, manufacturer's warranty, plus a 7 year extended service contract.

Should you choose to custom order you can choose from the ductless a/c and heating system or have the tiny home prepped for central air and heat with a traditional outside a/c condenser with heat strips or have a gas furnace installed.
