We hiked the Timpooneke Trail up toward the summit of Mount Timpanogos. We experienced a beautiful and some sketchy trail conditions up at high elevation. The trail sign said it was 7 miles to the summit, another sign had the trail at 7.5. My Inreach has the gps mileage at 8 well short of the summit. Todays hike was a 16 mile round trip with about 4000+ feet of elevation change. I also include a short clip of my Toyota 4Runner tackling a trail west of Utah Lake so yes, I do some off roading!!
