Timex Ironman Battery Replacement and Set Time
This video shows how to change the battery and then set the time of a Timex Ironman Triathlon Shock watch model T5K196. These instructions will work with most Timex Triathlon models. In this video, the battery is CR2016. Please check the back of your watch for the required battery.
The hardest part of the replacement is at 2:01 removing the battery latch (also referred to as the clip or clasp).
