Preparing one of my favorite stir fry dishes, corned beef hash, in a Lodge cast iron wok. This take on the classic dish is a little different than your typical corned beef hash, in that I include spinach and mushrooms with the corned beef hash and potatoes; and the final dish is topped with feta cheese rather than a fried egg.
