Three Sicilian grannies make taccuna pasta with cabbage! | Pasta Grannies
Enjoy the banter between old friends Grazia, Maria and Nina. They are sharing their recipe for Sicilian taccuna pasta broken up pieces of pasta sfoglia or pasta sheet which is added to cabbage and seasoned with chilli.
The pasta is 500g durum wheat flour, 3 eggs and 120ml of water.
The soup is: one cabbage, sliced, its cooking water, salt and chilli pepper.
