I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS.

I was tagged in this video (JeanineRaine on TT and IG) and it is such an incredible example of something I talked about recently.

1. Find something you enjoy
2. It doesn’t matter if you start SUPER DUPER SMALL, just start
3. Over time, you become better at doing that thing, which can make you want to keep going
4. Eventually, if you are consistent enough it can turn into an engrained habit
5. Engrained habits can yield huge, compounded results

She started small by skipping, even though she knew she was terrible at it. By being consistent with it she ended up losing over 200lbs.

Do not underestimate the power of small habits performed consistently.

So please, please, let yourself be terrible at something. Embrace it, lean into it.

If you keep doing it long enough, you will be surprised how far you can go.
