Do Ice Baths ACTUALLY Burn Body Fat? Ice Bath Bros Won't Like This

Follow
Ben Carpenter

Ice baths are overhyped.

Let’s just be real for a second and call it as it is.

A lot of people LOVE ice baths, and they are particularly trendy right now.
But, as with all trendy things, there are always people who go too far and start exaggerating the holy ballbags out of the benefits.

For example, this chap claims you can burn 1600 calories in THREE MINUTES.

Do you know how ridiculous that is?

Dieting could become obsolete. You could just eat whatever you want and counteract it with a short stint in an ice bath every single day.

I have no issue with ice baths. If you want to do them, by all means crack on.

But, I do take issue with people lying to you about the benefits.

Fair enough?

P.S. My bestselling book, ‘Everything Fat Loss’ is currently on sale as a brandnew audiobook, plus digital/print versions from Barnes and Noble, Apple, Kobo, Google, and Amazon with an extra 10% off in the US, and an extra 7% off in the UK. Feel free to grab it before the price goes up.
