Recipe:
pork (pork belly) 1800 g
light beer 500 ml
soy sauce 50 ml
pepper mixture 1/2 tsp
provencal herbs 1 tsp
dried garlic 1 tsp
paprika 1 tsp
salt 1 tsp
fry over high heat on both sides until golden brown
simmer in beer for 1.302 hours
turn from time to time
let cool
Keep refrigerated
