Layer the couscous mixture with sautéed minced meat in a baking dish and bake.
While it bakes, make a quick Arugula Salad with cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, red onion, and cream cheese.
Toss the salad with a zesty dressing.
Once the casserole is done, plate it up with the salad and enjoy!
