Ryan Baddeley is the mastermind pizzaiolo behind one of Toronto’s newest pizzerias, Pizzeria Badiali. It’s a small, cozy pizza shop perched in the West end, just off the bustling Ossington strip, serving up a selection of fresh pizzas by the slice. Baddeley’s travels throughout Italy and trips to New York City had brought him closer to his love of pizza, eventually pushing him to unite the fresh, highquality ingredients of Italy together with the onthego slice culture of the Big Apple to the neighbourly streets of Toronto. His airy, coldfermented dough, highlycurated ingredients and love of pizza make this humble cornershop one of Toronto’s best pieslinging institutions.
