2 1/2 pounds of ground beef ( ~ 80% lean)
3 smallmedium onions
1 tsp fresh thyme
black pepper & salt
1/3 cup water or chicken broth
1 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 cup of bread crumbs
2 eggs
1/2 cup ketchup
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
