Not all herbal teas are good for high blood pressure or anxiety. Some herbal teas actually make anxiety worse. Some herbal teas also make high blood pressure worse.

Enter matcha tea. Matcha tea is not good for anxiety. Matcha tea makes anxiety worse. Matcha tea is also not good for high blood pressure. Matcha tea may make your blood pressure control difficult.

If you are searching for matcha tea for high blood pressure, then you need to watch this video first. If you are also searching for matcha tea for anxiety, then you also need to watch this video too. I like herbal teas but sometimes experience will tell you that certain teas may not be suitable for certain specific conditions.

If you watch this video you will discover why I say matcha is not good for anxiety or high blood pressure. Indeed matcha tea will make anxiety worse and matcha will also make your high blood pressure worse too.

Matcha will not be my recommended herbal tea for stress either on the basis of my experience using it. If you are looking for ways to lower high blood pressure naturally, I wouldn't advice using matcha tea.

You may use matcha tea for other purposes but anxiety or high blood pressure control shouldn't be the reasons why.
