Nurse Livingood’s Cucumber Recipe:
6 cups thinly sliced cucumbers (2 English cucumbers or 34 standard) peeled if using standard cucumber
1/2 organic sweet onion chopped in half
1 cup organic white vinegar
1.5 cup water
1/4 cup organic monk fruit to taste
1.5 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
Mix all ingredients separate from the cucumbers and onions and then combine. Let sit at least 23 hours in fridge or overnight.
