Everyone will love this brilliant trick from an 80yearold Turkish grandmother! Tasty as in a restaurant. I don't buy anymore! I bake my own bread! And I really like it. Cooking recipe and ingredients:

400 ml of warm water.
1 tablespoon of sugar.
8 g of dry yeast.
Mix well.
Cover with a towel and leave for 5 minutes.
1 egg.
60 ml of vegetable oil.
2 tablespoons of sour cream.
Mix with a whisk.
Sift 550 g of flour (allpurpose flour).
1 teaspoon of salt.
Mix with a spatula.
Sift another 100 g of flour.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Knead the dough until it is medium soft.
Grease the bowl with oil.
Cover with foodgrade film.
Cover with a towel and set aside in a warm place for 45 minutes.
5 potatoes.
Fill with cold water.
1/2 tablespoon of salt.
Cook over medium heat until ready.
The dough rose well.
Knead the dough and form a ball.
Divide into 2 parts.
Shape them into a ball.
Cover and leave for 20 minutes.
Roll out the dough to a diameter of 50 cm.
Grease the surface with soft butter.
Fold the edges.
Grease with butter.
Fold the edges.
Cover the film.
Place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Repeat the same operation with another piece of dough.
The potatoes are cooked.
Let's make puree.
Add fried onion until golden brown.
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.

30 minutes later.
Roll out the dough to a size of 40*40 cm.
Cut into 8 pieces.
Make cuts in the dough.
Add potato filling.
Roll up.
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Leave for 20 minutes.
Egg yolk + 2 teaspoons of milk.
Mix well.
Brush the surface with the egg mixture.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 C for 2530 minutes.
It all worked out!
