Ingredients
1 Banana (fresh or frozen)
1/2 Cup Mixed Berries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 Mango (fresh or frozen)
1 Teaspoon Chia Seeds
1/4 Cup Yogurt (use your favorite)
1/2 Cup Spinach
1 Cup Almond Milk
23 Mint Leaves (optional)
Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and pour in a cup and enjoy.
