A lady went to feed stray cats with food, and she encountered a dog. While she usually encounters a few stray dogs when feeding cats, this particular one made her unable to hold back tears. It was truly pitiful, so skinny that only bones remained, nearly devoid of fur, emitting an incredibly foul smell, likely suffering from a severe skin disease. The lady opened a can of cat food she brought and gave it to the dog. Initially a bit afraid, it immediately dropped its guard upon smelling the food and began devouring it.
