Main Ingredients: 80/20 ground hamburger, Hidden Valley Ranch Spicy seasoning, Elite BBQ Smokers SPG, American cheese, Dukes Mayonnaise, Bacon, Onions Dill Pickles and hamburger buns.

Cooking Technique: Seasoned patties grilled on a dualzone griddle, topped with Grilled onions and American Cheese, and served on buttertoasted buns.

Smash Crack Burger Hidden Valley Ranch Burger

Ingredients
80/20 Ground Hamburger
Bacon
Hamburger Buns
Dukes Mayonnaise
Chopped Onions
American Cheese
Dill Pickles Sliced
Hidden Valley Ranch Spicy Seasoning
Elite BBQ Smokers SPG Salt Pepper Garlic

Directions
Season the Hamburger meat with the Hidden Valley Ranch Spicy Seasoning & Elite BBQ Smokers SPG Salt Pepper Garlic.
Form into loose ball, about 4oz
Liberally apply the Dukes Mayonnaise to the hamburger buns
Preheat the Griddle set up in a Hot and Cool zone section.
Grill the bacon and move to the cool zone
Brown the onions and move to the cool section of the griddle
Grill the burger to your desire doneness
Place the Burger Bun on the warm section of the griddle to toast them
Add the Cheese to the burgers and cover to allow the cheese to melt
Build your Crack Burger and enjoy
