COWBOY FRIED RICE MARINADE RECIPE (For country style ribs and fried rice sauce)

2 cups bbq sauce
1/2 cup chicken broth/stock (add more to thin out sauce as needed)
23 tbsp bbq rub/seasoning (we recommend Uncle Steve's Shakes Magic Rib Rub and Competition Pig Shake)
2 tbsp brown sugar
12 tbsp low sodium soy sauce (add to desired taste)
Mix all ingredients and use to marinate cubed ribs by placing ribs in a bowl or ziplock bag, and pour about half of the marinade over the ribs, ensuring they are evenly covered. Place in refrigerator for minimum 4 hours.
Use remaining sauce toward the end of the fried rice cook.
