Today I’m at a bakery called Pain Nest in Ogorishi, Fukuoka. As soon as you walk through
the green archway, you will arrive at the bakery that is beloved by the locals. Pain Nest
uses a waterwheeldriven millstone to grind their flour and they are known for their long
fermented mochi like dough.
