Today I’m at Bakery House T&M in Mizumamachi, Kurumeshi, Fukuoka which was established in 2022. They are known for baking bread in small lots in order to constantly provide freshly baked bread.
Before opening this bakery, ownerchef Urakawasan worked for 14 years at a famous bakery and was in charge of developing new products.
