Have you ever wondered what makes sourdough bread stand out so much from other types of bread? What creates the bread's signature sour taste and light texture? Dive into the science behind sourdough starters in this short explainer video.

This video was created as a final project for my ATLS Motion class. I animated the video with a combination of keyframe and expressionbased animations. This project was a great way to wrap up my semester in this class, as it gave me a chance to showcase various techniques that we learned over the past few months.
