In the Old Testament, the Queen Mother (the Gebirah) was 2nd in command in the Kingdom of David after the King.

This Queen was one to whom you would go to to intercede on your behalf to the King.

When Jesus, who is the new King of the Kingdom of David, steps on to the scene, who, then, would be the new Queen Mother?
