This poor Katy was rescued by AtChoo Foundation:
"Meet Prof. Katy who hit by a car and ended up with her front leg dangling in the wind.
She was a vision with her cute, white, scruffy terrier fur. If it hadn't been for the red, bloodied dangling front leg, if it hadn't been for that, one would have never guessed that she and a car had had a nasty encounter. With Griss Duarte being her Earth Angel and the experts at Matryoshka Servicios Veterinarios doing what they do best, she's got a great team to help her. This 3 yr old, 25 pound, sweet as pie, Professor of Love, Katy (so grateful to Jackie Reich for donating and honoring her with her name!) is now a tripod.
Ya know, those magical beings that attract admiration and new friends. While she heals from that, she is now also fighting tick diseases. We are ON it! She's destined to impress others and heal hearts as hers will be done.
