NOTES:
1. Actionbased data are things like your food and exercise.
2. Outcomebased data are things like your weight, body measurements, and body fat %. (You can use this calculator to estimate your BF%: https://www.bizcalcs.com/bodyfatnavy/)
3. Contextual data are things like sleep, stress, menstrual cycle, illnesses, vacations, etc.

Over time, you can spot patterns when you compare your Actionbased & Contextual data against your Outcomebased data.
