The NordicTrack Doctor (Dr. NT) Tested Positive! First it was Mrs. NT and now Dr. NT.
I tested positive for COVID earlier today.

Woke up this morning feeling OK, but my throat was sore and I was losing my voice.
Tested myself and BOOM! I got the RONA. ;o(

Been told to stay home and isolate for five (5) days and then reaccess. Will keep you all posted on my progress.

The livestream on Aug 1st @ 9pm EDT is still on unless I really feel like s#$%.

I will be honest, I am a little nervous, maybe even a bit scared of the unknown. Everyone reacts differently and some don't ever show symptoms. Mrs. NT had two (2) really bad days where her temperature was almost 102. She is starting to feel better. Just in time to take care of Dr. NT.
