This refreshingly easy Key lime pie is a winner on all counts. It's quick and easy enough to make for a weeknight dessert, but special enough to take to weekend potlucks.
Wherever I take this pie, it quickly disappears, with everyone asking for the recipe. It’s one of my favorite key lime recipes!

Ingredients:

crushed biscuits 200 g
butter 90 g
sweetened condensed milk 400 g
sour cream 200 g
lime juice 125 ml

Let the pie cool at room temperature for 30 minutes, then place in the refrigerator to chill thoroughly, about 3 hours.
