Garlic 2 kg. (for each jar of 700 g)
Salt (coarse) for each jar, 1 tbsp.
Vinegar (4%) for each jar of 50 ml.
Cold water.

Hot pepper 1 pc.
Mint 1 bunch
Parsley 1 bunch.
Bay leaf
Black pepper
Paprika
Salt (coarse) for each jar, 1 tsp.
Vinegar (70%) 1 tsp for each jar
Boiling water.
