The Emirati citystate of Dubai faces a new macro project to reestablish itself, which implicitly implies recognizing the multiple problems that a city has that was designed to "be", but not to "be inhabited". After many years of problems and failed projects, the emirate is fully committed to making a new injection of money and attracting capital to attract more investments that make possible a Dubai that is much friendlier to the people who want to live in it. In short, they want to make Dubai a good place to live, acquiring everything that should be a standard, and never was. This is the DUBAI 2040 plan... Does it make sense?
