Science has discovered that geese always fly in a group forming a "V". When each bird flaps its wings, it produces a movement in the air that helps the goose behind.
Flying in "V", the entire flock can fly 70% more than each bird would fly if it flew alone.

First lesson: When we share a common direction and have a sense of group, we can achieve the goal, easier and faster. It is the benefit of mobile support.
The flight of the geese illustrates very well what it means to work as a team.
Every time a goose comes out of the formation and feels the air resistance, it realizes how difficult it is to fly alone and quickly joins the line again to benefit from the power of the companion in front.

Second teaching: If we had the logic of geese, we would join those who are heading to the same place as us.
When the leader gets tired, he moves to one of the back posts and another goose takes his place.

Third lesson: We get better results when we take turns doing the hard jobs.
The geese behind produce a particular sound, and do this to stimulate those in front to maintain speed.

Fourth teaching: A word of encouragement has a big impact and can make a difference.
Finally, when a goose falls ill or injured, two companions leave the formation and stay with him until he is again fit to fly or until he dies. Only then do they return to the flock or join another group.

Fifth teaching: If we learned from geese, we would stand by side, even in difficulties, helping each other.
