The 8 Steps
Step 1. Cat on your left side and you take a big step forward with your right leg. Lure the cat with your right hand.
Step 2. Repeat the previous step but on your other side.
Step 3. Chain 2 steps together.
Step 4. Chain 2 steps together, but starting with the cat on your other side.
Step 5. Progress to 3 steps chained together.
Step 6. Do the same but with the cat starting on your other side.
Step 7. Increase the number of steps.
Step 8. When the behaviour becomes fluid, sometimes you can use a toy reinforcer to funk it up a bit.
