oval: 21x14x8cm
Ingredients:
500g bread flour
340g water
160g sourdough starter
8g salt
Preheat the oven and Dutch oven to 250C/480F
Bake with the lid on for 20 minutes at 250C/480F
Then remove the lid, bake at 200C/390F for 15 minutes
