Adventure Time just keeps the good times rolling, eh? After assuming it was over and done with, Distant Lands gave us more of Finn and Jake, and a little more closure to their story, too. But even when that finale to end all finales hit our screens, there was more story to be told. More adventures to be had! The genderbent versions of Finn and Jake, Fionna and Cake, had a world to make magic, and a whole lot of multiversal secrets to uncover! And just like before, even though it acts as a sequel of sorts, Fionna and Cake also adds some additional details to the lore of the past! With that in mind, it’s time to get started on the most complete Adventure Time Chronology we’ve ever seen! For now, anyway. More to come, I’m sure.

You can check out their work at ATChronology.com, and boy is it worth a look. Also, we’re not including any of the stuff that happened in the comics in this timeline, as these are NOT CANON. Ask Adam Muto if you want that confirmed. This timeline is show events ONLY. We’ll continue to rock with the Great Mushroom War as our Year Zero, as that just seems to be the way we do things when talking Adventure Time.
