Motorcycling is an inherently dangerous activity and that risk is something we're all aware of every time we throw our legs over our bikes. These risks are compounded further when you are riding your adventure or dual sport motorcycle far from civilization on a BDR or other trip through the wilderness. When disaster strikes, what do you do? What happens when you are injured while riding a motorcycle? How do you call for help when you're on an adventure motorcycle trip?

This week we're chatting with Travis (AKA @ExploreAdventureMoto ) and Chad (AKA @Goodlife_ADV ) about their recent adventure motorcycle injury experiences.

Travis crashed and broke his leg on a trip to Northern Vancouver Island back in September (video here:    • Travis Crashes and Breaks His Leg: Ca...  ) and Chad broke his leg in the middle of the desert while riding the Arizona BDR. Both riders have endured multiple surgeries and still have months of recovery left before they'll be back on the bike again.
