The BEST tasting Sauteed Shrimp I've ever had!

Hey y'all, I'm Jan. Today, I saw a new doctor and am now feeling hopeful for the first time in months.
After I stopped crying tears of joy, I decided I wanted some shrimp for lunch. But this time, I didn't fry it. This time, I smothered it in #blackstonegriddle Parmesan Ranch seasoning. This was my first time trying #blackstone seasoning, and it was incredible!

I took 1lb of Large shrimp, peeled the shells, made sure they were all deveined, and patted them very dry, while I made up my shrimp dip.

In a bowl, add
1/4 to 1/3 cup mayo,
1 tbs dijon mustard
1.5 tbs ketchup
1 tsp worcestershire sauce (I usually add an extra half teaspoon)
PINCH of salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried dill
2 tbs chopped green onions.
*Mix well and put in the fridge to chill while you sautee your shrimp.

You'll want a deep frying pan or skillet for cooking the shrimp.
2 tsp olive oil
1 tbs butter
2 tsp minced garlic (or 1 minced clove)

*In a bowl, add your peeled and dried shrimp, sprinkle a little black pepper, tiny pinch of salt, and a heart's spoon worth (about a tablespoon) of Blackstone Parmesan Ranch Seasoning. Stir well to make sure every shrimp is coated with the seasonings. Let your shrimp sit still for about 5 minutes until it's time to add them to the skillet.

*To cook your shrimp, turn your skillet on medium high. Once it's up to temp, add your olive oil and butter.
Once the butter is melted and sizzling, add 2 tsp of minced garlic.
Stir the garlic around in the butter and olive oil for max 30 seconds.
Add your seasoned shrimp one at the time, making sure not to crowd them together.
*Do NOT touch the shrimp for 2 minutes once you place them in the skillet*.
You can turn your burner down to medium now, or slightly lower so that your garlic and shrimp won't burn.

At 2 minutes, using tongs or a fork, turn each shrimp over.
At another 1 minute 30 seconds, the shrimp are done. Remove the shrimp from the pan with a spider or big slotted spoon... and onto a plate.
Total cook time 3.5 minutes max. Shrimp cook very quick.
If you over cook shrimp, they'll be like rubber.

These shrimp were so good, that I will likely never use any other seasonings again. Absolutely DELICIOUS!
