The Best Sheet Pan PEPPERONI PIZZA Recipe

Today we're making an amazing sheet pan pepperoni pizza. We'll be using the same dough from episode 1 of the Grandma pizza series. This pizza uses Boar's Head natural casing pepperoni (substitute Margherita or Hormel Rosa Grande) and Calabrian chili paste. If you don't like spicy omit the paste, but it's good. Really good!

SPICY CUPPING PEPPERONI GRANDMA PIZZA
INGREDIENTS
1 (24 ounce dough ball) use dough recipe from episode 1 of Grandma series
1 (28 ounce can) San Marzano plum or high quality crushed tomatoes will most likely not need all the sauce
1 (6) ounce stick of Boar’s Head natural casing Pepperoni sliced thin ( Hormel Rosa Grande and Margherita brand work well too)
12 teaspoons Calabrian chili paste or more or less to taste
¼ cup finely grated Pecorino Romano cheese
3 cloves garlic minced
½ cup olive oil divided plus more
~12 ounces sliced mozzarella cheese You will need enough slices to cover the pie completely. If you can find presliced mozzarella I recommend using it.
