We took our family of 6 on a 8 day cruise to the US Virgin Islands and Bahamas in the Caribbean Sea on Royal Caribbean Adventure of the Seas. Is cruising with Kids worth it?

Follow along with us on our adventure of a lifetime on the BEST CRUISE EVER!! We originally booked 2 Junior Suite rooms for our family of 6 but ended up getting the RoyalUp and were upgraded to the Grand Suites which was 100% worth every penny! We started the cruise in Fort Lauderdale and boarded the ship early! We explored and then headed to dinner. The first 2 days were sea days so we spent those days exploring the ship, swimming, searching for cruise ducks and even playing a few games of Bingo. (SPOILER ALERT..We didn't win)

On our Port Days we headed to St. Croix first where Caleb our 7 year old snorkeled for the first time. He LOVED it and had a great time finding treasures under the sea. The next day we headed to Tortola and to the Virgin Gorda baths which was so much fun! The water was out of this world beautiful. After that it was more sea days and then our last day we did an overwater cabana on Perfect Day at Coco Cay. This was our favorite part of the whole cruise. All in all in was literally the best vacation ever and we are so looking forward to cruising again very soon.
