NOTE: To make it easier, I pop all my herbs and veggies in a blender and blend it together then add to butter.

1/2 cup melted butter
4 to 5 lb chicken
6 cloves garlic grated
3 tbsp grated onion
6 leaves of culantro
or 1/2 cup cilantro
1 sprig rosemary
small sprig of thyme (3 to 4 small pieces)
1 tbsp complete seasoning
1/2 tbsp smoked paprika
1/2 tbsp black pepper
salt to taste
1 tbsp lemon pepper
1 lemon juiced

Follow your air fryer instructions. cook until fully cooked. I do a bit higher Temps to get that roasted flavor (385 or so)
