Adobong pusit is very tasy and delicious, a common dishes in the philippines. Like the usual adobo. It is stewed in soy sauce and vinegar. Loaded with garlic, onion, ginger and tomato. I tried adding soda for a twist. It so yummy and delicious taste and it brings in an awesome flavors that will surely activate your taste buds. Make sure that do not overcooked the squid, it becomes rubbery if you overcooked. (Cook for a short time only) Must try!
