1/2 kilo medium squid
1 tablespoon squid ink
cooking oil
1 white onion
4 cloves garlic
2 laurel leaves
1/8 cup vinegar
1/8 cup water
1/8 cup soy sauce
ground black pepper
1 teaspoon sugar
2 green finger chilies
