By nature, the human mind always defaults to carnal thinking. But once a person becomes saved through faith in Jesus Christ, he is empowered with the word of God, the indwelling Holy Spirit of God and, through prayer, access to the throne of God whereby these three weapons of spiritual warfare enable the Christian to reject carnal thoughts and to engage in right thinking which pleases the Father in heaven.
