At Alto our drivers are trained employee drivers, not contract workers.

Our drivers are our brand Ambassadors and the heart of our company. At Alto, our drivers are employees, receive benefits, and drive our dedicated fleet of new, luxury SUVs.

Our driver vetting process is extremely selective. We hire W2 employees to be apart of our team, not using contract workers like our competitors. We interview each driver in person and conduct two background checks: a fingerprint background check and a namebased check. All drivers then undergo a drug test followed by 3 full days of rigorous training. They have to train both on driving safely and customer service to be able to drive our customers. Each driver is monitored in realtime while on the road and performancemanaged.
