We left SEMA with the Twin Tesla C10 Squarebody but we couldn't head home just yet! Since we were already on the other side of the country we bolted over to California to take the EV swapped Chevy C10 out to Holley's High Voltage event. We had some prep to do before we could make it out to the show, so we called up our friend Rob Dahm who was kind enough to let us use his shop. We borrowed some air tools to cut away parts of our carbon fiber widebody kit to give us some more clearance to turn our wheels. While in Ontario, we had to give Rob a ride in the truck, and Andrew managed to brake the Toyo R888Rs loose while making some tuning modifications to the rear Tesla motor. From there, Andrew, Mike, and Kyle loaded up and made their way to Sonoma Raceway to set up for the Holley High Voltage Event. We ran into our friend Kevin Erickson with his EV swapped Electrollite and took Andrew on a quarter mile pass with him. While at the raceway, we had to borrow yet another grinder to cut even more out from our wide body fender flares before we could take it out to the track to shoot some sick photos of the C10. We bumped into yet another friend we made at SEMA. Rich Rebuilds was out in Sonoma and wanted to get the S2SLA experience. We couldn't just let him ride in the Tesla truck, so we stuck him in the passenger seat and watched a smile hit his face as he hit the accelerator. We had so much fun out in Vegas and California but it's time to get back to Florida. We have a lot of tweaking to do before this truck is running at 100% and we have even more cool builds coming for you guys as well!
