Plus, a court struck down Elon Musk’s $56 billion dollar pay package, but it’s his announcement that his startup Neuralink has made its first human brain implant that has us really scratching our heads. First though, a look back at Wednesday’s Senate committee hearing that placed tech executives, politicians and families affected by child sexual abuse online together on Capitol Hill.
