Summer's Refreshing Dessert
is a dessert made from crystal jelly powder and fruit tea. Crystal jelly powder also known as white bean jelly. It is generally made of mung bean starch, sweet potato starch and other starches that contain more gelatin. The texture of the white bean jelly is soft, tender and crystal clear. It is often served as dessert or topped with fresh fruits or drizzle of honey.

Crystal jelly powder 白凉粉 – 50g
Yuzu green tea 柚子绿茶 – 500ml
Honey 蜜糖 – 1 tsp
Cold milk 冷牛奶
