In this video we analyze the entire career of one of the best directors today: QUENTIN TARANTINO.

At the age of 15 he left school, focused on his theater classes and went to work at Video Archives, a video club that would become famous due to the success of this guy. He says he didn't go to film school, he claims he went TO the movies.

Between 1984 and 1987 he recorded My Best Friend's Birthday, his first production: a 36minute short film based on a guy, played by Tarantino, who wants to do something good and different for his friend's birthday, who was depressed because his girlfriend It had left him in a horrible way.

From now on to the release of Reservoir Dogs in 1992, he had an unprecedented artistic evolution. Reservoir Dogs is one of the best independent films of all time. The plot is simple: a group of six thieves who do not know each other and remain anonymous, each called by a different color, carry out the robbery of a jewelry store, but everything goes wrong. From that premise the plot develops, which is impressive.

Pulp Fiction is a total classic of cinema, a film that has an intense rhythm, a nonlinear structure since it begins in media res, a lot of humor, a lot of irony, action and a lot of blood. The cast is legendary: John Travolta, Uma Thurman, Samuel Jackson, Bruce Willis, Harvey Keitel, Tim Roth, etc.

In 1997 he released Jackie Brown, one of the least seen of this man and also one of the least acclaimed.

After Jackie Brown, Tarantino wanted to make a war film which he was going to end up calling Inglorious Bastards, but he decided to make Kill Bill first, a mix of Asian action cinema, with all its martial arts load and spaghetti western, genres that greatly influenced the director during his adolescence. The combination of these two genres is impeccable, logically if it is well done as is the case with Kill Bill.

In 2007 he released Death Proof, one of the director's least recognized films, but this does not mean that it is good. The story follows a group of women who unwittingly find themselves in the crosshairs of Stuntman Mike, a rather tough psychopath killer who works as a stuntman and has a car modified to crash at full speed without, basically, killing himself.

Now yes people, in 2009 Bastardos Sin Gloria was released, the film that grossed the most of this man and according to many people, the best of his filmography. It is an uchronia because although it is based on real events, it shows things that never happened. On the channel we have two videos: one analyzing Hans Landa, the antagonist, magnificently played by Christoph Waltz and one telling the story on which Tarantino based himself to create the Bastards.

On December 25, 2012, Django Unchained, the seventh film in Quentin Tarantino's filmography, was released. Also, one of the most iconic, with a Di Caprio scene that was and continues to be a source of memes and impressive performances by a tremendous cast, among them that of Dr Schultz in the hands of Christoph Waltz, who won the Oscar again .

In 2015, Tarantino released a new western mixed with Djangostyle black comedy, but here set completely in the snow, which ended up being called The Hateful Eight, or The Most Hated Eight. It is set some years after the Civil War, also some years after the Django Unchained timeline, although these two films have no connection.

And in 2019 he released what is so far his last film, Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. Located in Los Angeles at the end of the 60s, in the midst of hippieism, we have Rick Dalton, a television star who knew how to shine in westerns but is now in the twilight of his career, depressed because of it and drinking a lot of alcohol, and we have Cliff Booth, his stunt double, war veteran and also best friend, who is suspected of killing his exwife. On the other hand we have a young woman on the rise Sharon Tate who, with her partner, the director Roman Polanski, moves next to Rick's house in a residential neighborhood of Hollywood; and the sect of the infamous Manson family is also present, with its leader Charles.
