Originally from China, Tanghulu are skewered fruits dipped in a gorgeous shell of clear crunchy candy.

TANGHULU Easy Recipe

Ingredients
1/4 cup water
2 cups sugar
1/3 cup corn syrup

Fruits of your choice



Bring it to 150C or 300F
If you dont have one, its usually around 1215 min from the boiling point. You can always test it by taking some and drizzle it in cold water, if its hard that means its ready!
