Part 1 Swivel Mechanisms (00:51):
Some examples include...
1. Ball Swivels with 360 degree rotation.
2. Frame Swivel with preset positions, female/male plate, & knob or puck to secure
3. Tube End Swivel for 7/8” and 5/8” tubing die cast. Very simple to lock & loosen (with knob). The positions are fixed based on the die cast teeth.
4. UBracket Swivels come in 2 variations one that allows you to pivot 180 deg (this is ideal when putting 2 separate tubing assemblies together). The other UBracket swivel is fixed with position points & a steel retaining pin to keep it in place
5. Angled Aluminum Half Cylinder with Aluminum block & O ring on either end allows for 360 deg movement and the ability to fully tighten with knob. A custom apparatus can be secured at any angle.

Part 2 Intrinsic Swivels (04:14):
Some examples include...
1. The simplest form of an intrinsic swivel is where we allow 2 pieces to rotate along a single axis using a rivet.
2. You can also have multiple points of articulation as shown in the video with one of our stampings made inhouse.
3. We also showcase our die cast with center tube that can free float or be secured with set screw and the opposite tubes can swivel freely.
